Share

2007 GMC 4500 Horton Ambulances

The fire company purchased in May of 2007 two GMC 4500 Horton Type III “Model 555” ambulances. The ambulances would be equipped with all the modern medical equipment of the time. Ambulance 391 and 393 were delivered to Bel Air in October of 2007 and placed in service in November of 2007.

Ambulance 391 was placed out of service on May 4, 2013 and was sold to Kelliher Fire and Rescue of Kelliher, Minnesota on April 25, 2014. Ambulance 393 is still in service with the fire company.

A 2015 International 4300 PL Custom Titan ambulance was approved and ordered in October of 2014 and is due for arrival in 2015.
